Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Provide a clear photo of the item and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest service and availability.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order may have already been processed and shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us promptly at support@lyrafit.com.
